    • Support domestic and foreign companies in managing their insurance program
    • Advise on insurance matters for commercial loans and leases
    • Evaluate insurance policy language to ensure it is aligned with company’s risk
    • Assist with special projects
  • Contract Review
    • Review and ensure compliance to contractual insurance obligations
    • Develop contractual insurance language for legal agreements
  • Risk Management 
    • Identify, assess and mitigate risk
    • Assist with establishing risk management programs
  • Insurance Program Renewal
    • Manage annual renewal process for domestic and/or international insurance programs
    • Develop annual renewal strategy and market insurance programs as needed
    • Prepare documentation to submit to insurers
    • Partner with brokers and internal functional areas
    • Negotiate with brokers, insurers, reinsurers and other service providers
    • Provider renewal analysis reporting to management
    • Analyze the program agreements, premium adjustments and loss reserve to ensure compliance
  • Claims Management
    • Coordinate claims management process
      • claim reviews / audits
      • TPA or claims contract review and negotiation
